By jrob I have been using this product for several months and have noticed a big difference in the new growth of my hair. The proof that it works is that I have to now get my color done every 4 weeks, as opposed to 6 previously, and my manicure does not last as long ,as my nails are also growing quickly. I take one tablet am, and one pm. Be patient and consistent and you will notice the new growth around your hairline as it slowly fills in.

By lynne I was having an issue with hair falling out when I shower. this situation has improved since starting this product. has only been a couple of weeks but I do see a marked improvement and will re-order.
