Please read my entire review. If you are considering spending the money on any anti-anxiety supplement it is well worth your time.

Anxiety is a complex problem. In other words...What causes and cures anxiety is different for everyone.

Seredyn seems to have a great list of ingredients. Specifically, Taurine, L-Theanine and Niacinamide. I have tested Seredyn in a wide variety of situations, (with different diets, different times of the day and different doses).

I am leaving this review after buying 2 bottles, (not cheap) well over 6 months after purchasing them, (not a hasty review). This product, without a doubt, causes me MORE ANXIETY. :(

However, before you write Seredyn off, keep in mind that other products / prescriptions I've tried have had a similar negative effect as well. SAMe, prescription anti-depressants and natural anti-depressants containing St. Johns Wort have all caused me MORE anxiety.

In my quest for anxiety relief only two products / prescriptions drugs have worked consistently. Which are XANAX and PHENIBUT. No brand names, (no this isn't a plug for a different product). They both are effective and they both have negative side effects much like alcohol. While Phenibut is a legal supplement in the US, it is a prescription drug in other countries. At higher doses in pure form it is much like XANAX with even worse side effects if incorrectly dosed.

I advise everyone to do their own research before spending over $60, (with shipping). I will not blurt out name brands because I think it devalues my review, but there are cheaper products with similar ingredients. I suggest you try them along with generic Niacinamide. If they have any sort of positive effect you should consider Seredyn since it's extracts are likely of a much higher quality.

You should also consider that the ingredients in natural products along with Seredyn are likely a lot safer than XANAX and/or PHENIBUT. This of course is my own opinion and is not meant to be medical advise.

I was amazed how well this worked for my anxiety Feb 21, 2011 By D. Smith
I found this product a couple of years ago and found it really does the trick for both my general anxiety and the occasional anxiety attack. You can take it daily to keep general anxiety under control and take an additional dose in acute situations. I have had great luck with it and without the unpleasant side effects of the prescription medication I used to take.

Expensive but it works. I'm impatient and when I would get into situation that I want to end and it goes on and on my jaws would tighten up and I would get very anxious.
Eating out, boreing meetings, boring parties all could become a problem. Now I take two before leaving the house and they make my evening much more enjoyable.

This is an excellent supplement for treating anxiety and panic attacks. 2 Capsules in the morning works for my 13 yr. old daughter with her extreme anxiety. She has now been able to return to school after having to be homeschooled last year for her panic attacks she would have in school. I am very happy to have found this product!
